Position of
Part-time Admin & Media Assistant
Chinese Family For Christ UK (CFFC UK) is a UK non-trading company incorporated in 2011 and subsequently registered as a charity in 2012. The organisation is part of Chinese Family For Christ International (CFFC International), which was established in 1990 and is currently based in Los Angeles, United State.
Our main ministry is to organise Marriage Enrichment Retreat (MER) for married couple, conducted based on Christian ethos, in order to improve the emotional, sexual and spiritual well-being of individuals which is derived from a committed marriage relationship.
Our ministry is based in UK but we are tasked to develop MER ministries in the Europe. With the expanding ministries and activities, we are currently recruiting a Part-Time Admin & Media Assistant to support our developments.
The role would suit candidates with previous administrative support experience, the person must be a team player, organised, good language skill and hand-on knowledge in IT such as Microsoft Office, website, social media etc. Working hour is flexible and the successful candidate is expected to work from home.

Regions
CFFC UK ministry covering UK and Europe. Successful candidate is expected to support ministries in these regions.
Qualification and experience

Candidate is expected to have relevant education or training.

Good track record in organisational skill either at work or volunteer works

Have worked or served in similar Christian or Church organisation would be desirable.
Job arrangement and reporting

15-20 contractual working hours per week

Working hours can be flexible and pre-agreed with supervisor.

Report to Chairman of CFFC UK
Salary and package

£24,000 p.a. pro-rata basis based on 35 hours week (equivalent to £13.19 per hour)

4 weeks paid holiday pro-rata basis

Probation 3 months

Workplace Pension at minimum contribution by employee and employer if not opted out by employee and reached the contribution threshold.
